Need flexible childcare without a permanent booking?

At MyKidz, we offer casual care days for families who need occasional support – while still providing the same calm, nurturing environment your child deserves. 

  • Flexible care when you need it
  • Consistent, experienced educators
  • Calm, relationship-focused environment
  • CCS available (if eligible)
Limited places available – bookings essential

Casual Daily Fee

$162 per day (paid upfront)

  • Child Care Subsidy (CCS) will be applied after your child attends (if eligible).
  • After CCS is processed, families can choose to:
  • Receive a refund, OR
  • Have the amount credited to their account

Booking Requirements

  • Bookings must be made by 6:30pm the day prior
  • All bookings are subject to availability and educator ratios
  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking
  • Bookings are not secured until payment is received

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee

Remaining balance will be refunded or credited

Enrolment Requirements (Essential)

Before attending, all families must complete:

  • Enrolment form
  • Current AIR immunisation record
  • Medical and emergency information
Children cannot attend without completed enrolment documentation

Important Information

  • Casual care is available for new and enrolling families
  • Families with permanent bookings may request additional casual days (subject to availability)
  • All bookings are in line with MyKidz policies and regulatory requirements

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

  • CCS is processed after attendance is submitted
  • Families must have an active CCS assessment and confirmed enrolment
